1. What the site is

The site publishes editorial guidance about boxing and kickboxing equipment for people training at home. It is general information written for a beginner audience. It is not professional coaching, engineering, legal or medical advice, and it does not know your body, your ceiling or your circumstances.

2. Safety and your responsibility

Boxing carries a risk of injury. Hanging heavy equipment carries a risk of structural failure. Decisions about your own training, your fitness to train, and whether a structure in your home can carry a load are yours, and where we say “see a doctor” or “when in doubt, buy a stand” we mean it. Mounting guides state manufacturers' rated loads; they cannot and do not assess your ceiling. If you have a medical condition, consult a doctor before starting. Sparring should take place only under qualified supervision.

3. Product information

Product specifications, sizes, ratings and features are taken from manufacturers' and retailers' published pages as cited, and may change without notice. We do not test products and do not warrant that any product is suitable for you. Prices are not displayed; the retailer's live price governs.
